2002 Electronic Entertainment Expo

These pictures were taken at the 2002 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), which was held May 22-24, 2002, in Los Angeles, California. E3 is the game industry's annual tradeshow, where just about every company producing video games for just about every platform comes to strut their stuff. The show floor is open for three days, which might seem like a lot of time but with so many games to see and booths to visit, it goes by pretty quickly.

As we were unable to attend the show this year, these pictures were taken by our roving reporter Scott Martin. Scott, who is currently working as a programmer on Planetside for Sony, was kind enough to find time to snap these pictures during his busy E3 schedule.
