Classic Gaming Expo 2002 Pictures - Teardown

Teardown

After the show was the arduous task of tearing down the booth, in a much shorter time frame than it took to set everything up on Friday. Everything was then packed into the cargo van for the return trip to Austin, Texas.

Show's over, everyone go home!
Faster than a speeding bullet, this was one of the few times we saw Scott Stilphen all weekend.
John Hardie was handing out some merchandise they didn't have a chance to give away. This is from one of the Command and Conquer games. I think I'll pass, thank you.
Atari2600.com breaks down their booth.
"Man, this is going to take forever!"
Joe Santulli packs up the Digital Press booth.
Everything's gotta' go!
Waiting around so we can have our turn at loading up our boxes.
Joe Grand takes another opportunity to push his koozies.
Albert Yarusso, Billy Eno, and Marc Oberhauser.
Billy Eno poses with his autographed Stella Programmer's Guide.
A close-up shot of the Stella Programmer's Guide.
Dan Kramer just told Matt that he has an Atari 5200 Crystal Castles prototype he can have.
"I said the store's closed already!!"
The last time this will be seen in one piece. At least until next year.
Alex Bilstein doing some hard labor.
...And if he wasn't sweating already, he sure as heck was sitting out here in the 115 degree Las Vegas sun.
We wait our turn while B&C loads up their trailer.
Up comes the van, on a two story lift!
Are we there yet?
"Matt, what the heck are you looking at??"
The van packed up, with maybe a few less boxes than when we arrived.
Alex in a state of peaceful bliss now that all the hard work is done and he can think about sleeping for about 12 hours straight.
The CGE guys pose for a shot together.
Would you think we're geeks if I told you we setup a wireless network in our room so we could share a single internet connection?
Joe Grand's loot for the weekend. You haven't seen the last of those Pixels Past koozies.
I stopped at the Hoover Dam on the way home.
See ya' next year!
